The top is black and the bottom is white with overall dimensions of 5-1/2 x 10 in (140 x 254 mm). 250 per box. 6 Boxes per case. The header includes a writable area for recording: Date, Time Formula Batch Number Notes A 1/4" diameter hole is centered just under the top of the chart.
